Tubular Pasta of the World

Featured this month at Glutenheim.org is Tubular Pasta of the World, a picture cloud look at many of the fascinating shapes this multifaceted flour product can assume. Tubular Pasta comes to us from the Hormel collection. In addition to their breath-taking ensemble of pasta images, Hormel also provides an excellent database of pasta lore and literature. Hopefully we will have an opportunity in the near future to present other Hormel collections, such as Shaped Pasta of the Lower Nile, Ribbon Pasta of the Fertile Crescent, and Various Stuffed Pasta of the Roman Empire.
